Company Profile

An established aged care organisation is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join its finance team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent chance for a skilled finance skilled who can hit the ground running and provide immediate support to day-to-day accounts payable operations.

The Role
Process high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
Manage invoice workflows and ensure timely processing of accounts payable transactions.
Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and supplier queries.
Maintain accurate financial records and support effective accounts payable operations.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve invoice-related issues.

Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience with both Basware and TechnologyOne. Experience with both systems is mandatory, and candidates without this experience will not be considered.
Demonstrated experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable role.




Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing invoices.
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and hit the ground running with minimal training.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
$46.70 per hour + super.
Initially 3 days per week, with potential to increase to 5 days depending on workload.
