Job Description
Deliver evidence-based positive behaviour support assessment, intervention and capacity-building for NDIS participants across clinic, home, school, community and telehealth settings. Collaborate with participants, families, support workers, educators, support coordinators and the multidisciplinary team. Steps2Life offers weekly clinical supervision, weekly clinical team meetings, a $1,500 skilled-development budget, laptop and phone, clinic car use, loyalty discounts with partnering companies, KPI bonus opportunities, networking and business-development opportunities, and adaptable full time, part time, contractor and graduate pathways.
Steps2Life operates a 40-hour week with reasonable caseload expectations and strong clinical and administrative support.
