You'll work mainly by phone with some in-person and video meetings, reporting to the Small Business Sales Manager and collaborating with product, pricing, solutions, and enterprise sales teams.

Key responsibilities include renewing contracts, expanding services within existing contracts, closing recent prospects, and developing joint business reviews.
