These aren’t your standard estates roles. You'll have carriage interesting very matters with the support of a highly capable team and the chance to advance to Special Counsel for outstanding candidates. What You'll Be Doing Lead a caseload of diverse and high-value estate planning & administration matters; OR litigation matters Provide expert advice and strategy on complex succession law issues Collaborate with senior colleagues with the ability to mentor junior lawyers Contribute to team strategy, innovation, and knowledge-sharing What You Bring You are a confident, capable estates lawyer with: 6+ years PAE in succession law across planning & administration or litigation The ability to run files independently and provide strategic leadership Clear and persuasive communication skills — written and verbal A client-first mindset and a reputation for thorough, practical advice Passion for estates law and a desire to stay ahead of legal developments A commitment to excellence, learning,
