A major transport infrastructure project (valued at more than $1 billion) is underway across South East Queensland, delivering complex rail, station and civil works. Having won numerous major projects in Queensland in the past 12 months, the head contractor is seeking a Senior QS / Contracts Administrator to lead commercial administration of significant packages and advise on entitlement, risk, forecast and negotiation strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Lead procurement strategy, tender evaluation and contract formation for major or high-risk packages
Administer complex variation, delay, disruption,



access and latent-condition matters
Review cost-to-complete, cash flow, contingency, claims exposure and package risk
Lead assessment and negotiation of subcontractor claims and final accounts
Coach QS and contract administrators and set commercial record standards

What We're Looking For
8+ years' contractor-side commercial experience on major infrastructure, including complex claims
Degree in quantity surveying, construction management, law, engineering or a related discipline
Robust knowledge of head-contract and subcontract administration in a delivery workplace
Working knowledge of Queensland security-of-payment requirements

Relocation packages on offer.

Australian experience is required.
