Senior Contracts Administrator

Design & Build Recruitment is searching for up to 3 Senior Contracts Administrators to join a well-respected Tier 3 head contractor.

You’ll join an experienced team delivering current build projects up to $40M, with a strong pipeline of work across Brisbane.

About the Role
As Senior Contracts Administrator, you’ll play a key role in the successful delivery of new build projects, working closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager and wider project team.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, negotiate and manage subcontracts and procurement packages
Monitor project budgets, costs and cash flow
Assist with tender evaluations and letting packages




Administer progress claims, variations and contractual correspondence
Work closely with your Project Manager and Site Manager

What We’re Looking For
Recent experience as a Senior Contracts Administrator / CA
Strong new build construction experience
Ability to manage projects and packages from start to finish
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Brisbane / Queensland construction market experience highly regarded
