We're partnering with a growing healthcare business to source a Shared Services Manager to lead their Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll lead a team of 11 (7 AR, 4 AP), ensuring the productive delivery of billing, collections, payments and transactional finance operations while driving process improvement and strong financial controls.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, develop and mentor AP and AR teams.
Oversee end-to-end billing, collections, debtor management and supplier payments.
Monitor KPIs, aged debt, payment performance and service delivery standards.
Partner with stakeholders to resolve billing and payment issues.
Drive process improvements, automation and operational efficiencies.
Ensure reconciliations, month-end deliverables and controls are completed accurately and on time.





About You
Proven experience leading AP, AR or Shared Services teams.
Robust understanding of billing, collections and transactional finance operations.
Demonstrated people leadership and stakeholder management capability.
Track record of improving processes, controls and team performance.
Hands-on, solutions-focused and commercially minded.
