We are seeking a motivated and capable Industrial Electrician or Instrument Technician to join our team in Albany, WA.

Key Responsibilities
Installation, wiring and termination of industrial electrical and control systems, including MCCs, control panels and field devices
Reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics and control system documentation
Installation of cable tray, conduit and cabling in industrial environments
Testing, commissioning and energisation of electrical and control systems
Fault finding and troubleshooting of electrical and basic control/automation systems




Working closely with engineers and technicians to deliver projects from build through to commissioning
Performing maintenance and breakdown support on client sites
Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with relevant standards, safety requirements and site procedures
Liaising with clients and site personnel in a qualified manner
Supervising and mentoring apprentices
Completing job documentation, test sheets and reports

About You
Current Western Australian ‘A’ Grade Electrical Licence with industrial experience
Proven ability in troubleshooting and fault finding, with strong attention to detail
Experience with industrial automation and instrumentation (highly regarded)
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel and work away from home as required
Self-motivated, with a proactive approach and commitment to ongoing learning
Current driver’s licence (manual preferred)
