Job DescriptionAlliance Nursing is seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses to work across leading public and private hospitals in Western Australia. The successful candidates will provide high-quality patient care, support clinical teams and ensure safe and effective nursing practices.

Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
Administer medications and treatments safely.
Monitor and document patients' clinical conditions.
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Respond to changes in patients' conditions and escalate concerns appropriately.
Follow hospital policies, clinical guidelines and infection control procedures.
Applicants must currently be based in Perth/Australia

Essential Requirements




Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Minimum 12 months of relevant nursing experience.
Recent acute hospital experience in General Medical, Surgical, ED or ICU.
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
Current mandatory training and compliance documentation.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced hospital workplace.
