As our organisation continues to scale and strengthen its national footprint, we’re adding to our Finance Department with the appointment of an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This is a newly established position designed to support increasing operational demand.

The Position
As part of a collaborative finance team, you’ll take ownership of core receivables processes. Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing outstanding accounts and driving effective collections
Reconciling banking transactions and investigating variances




Liaising with account holders to manage and maintain trading relationships
Assisting with end-of-month financial procedures and reporting requirements

About You
To excel in this role, you will demonstrate:
Solid background in accounts receivable or credit collections
Strong interpersonal and written communication capabilities
Advanced proficiency in Excel and general accounting systems
Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy workplace
Confidence in initiating phone-based discussions with customers
High accuracy levels and strong attention to detail
A cooperative mindset and team-oriented approach
