ABOUT YOU
Proven sales experience with a passion for achieving targets.
Confident communication skills and a natural ability to build customer relationships.
Experience selling high-value products, with furniture or interiors experience highly regarded.
A positive attitude, strong organisation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
The ability to support, motivate and develop team members.
A genuine interest in learning and progressing into management.
Flexibility to work weekends, with roster expectations discussed at interview.
