ARMANI Restaurant in Sydney is seeking an experienced, motivated Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager to join our leadership team. This hands-on role involves overseeing daily kitchen operations, supporting and developing staff, and ensuring smooth service during preparation and peak times.

You will lead kitchen teams across all sections, maintain high food quality and portion control, manage stock and food costs, and ensure strict adherence to food safety standards.
