The Position





This role will see you managing a neat and well-cared-for portfolio of approximately 80 residential properties within the Western suburbs. You'll be supported by an experienced team while building solid relationships with landlords and tenants and delivering a high level of service.

The agency is open to considering both junior and more experienced Property Managers. For a candidate with business development experience, there is an opportunity to contribute to portfolio growth and be rewarded for your expertise.

The Criteria
Previous experience in residential Property Management
Current Property Management registration/licensing (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organised and proactive approach to managing a portfolio
Current driver's licence
Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
