About the Role:
Measure, cut, assemble, and finish cabinetry components
Read and interpret design plans to determine project requirements
Operate workshop machinery such as panel saws and edge banders
Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Ensure all work meets high-quality craftsmanship standards
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a custom joinery or cabinetry business
Capable and familiar with custom and detailed joinery (e.g. proud kickboards,
custom rangehood boxes, laminating, curved works etc.)
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery
Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently when needed
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing top-quality work
A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
A valid driver’s license (to assist with deliveries if required)
