Protech are seeking the services of a Qualified Plumber to join the government aligned client in Townsville and beyond. Reporting to the Plumbing Foreperson you’ll play a key role in the construction, maintenance and refurbishing of schools, public facilities, social housing and various projects throughout the region.

Essential Requirements
Current Trade Qualification (minimum Certificate III in Plumbing )
Current Queensland Plumbing Licence
Current Construction Industry White Card




Current Queensland C Class Driver’s Licence (or equivalent)
Ability to successfully pass Drug & Alcohol screening

Responsibilities
Carry out plumbing and drainage works across construction and maintenance projects
Ensure compliance with plumbing standards, regulations, and workplace procedures
Work safely around asbestos, lead-based products, and other high-risk construction environments
Complete daily risk assessments and follow all WHS requirements and site policies
Identify and report hazards and contribute to a safe working workplace
Take personal responsibility for health, safety, and well beingon site
Deliver high-quality workmanship with a solid customer-focused approach
Support a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture
Travel to various worksites throughout the region and, when required, across Queensland
