Estimator – Custom Homes

Monday-Friday | 7:30am-4:00pm

A reputable residential design and build company is looking for an Estimator to join their close-knit team delivering custom residential projects across Sydney's Inner West.

You’ll work across estimating, tendering, procurement and cost planning, with genuine progression towards a Project Manager role.

The role
Prepare estimates, tenders and quantity take-offs
Review architectural drawings, specifications and tender documentation




Obtain and compare subcontractor and supplier pricing
Prepare trade scopes and assist with procurement
Assist with project costings and variations
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams
Support the transition of projects from pre-construction into delivery

Skills & Experience
3+ years' experience within the construction industry
Experience in estimating, contracts administration or residential construction
Solid ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Positive numerical skills and robust attention to detail
Construction Management/Building qualification and Databuild experience highly regarded
