This is a diverse, hands-on role combining stock management, order fulfilment, deliveries and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Picking up stock from other stores
Delivering stock to other stores
Delivering orders to customers
Picking and packing online orders for Australia Post collection
Entering sales into our computer system
Adding current products to the system
Updating stock quantities in the system
Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone
Working independently and managing daily tasks
Problem-solving and ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently

About You
Hold a current, unrestricted open driver's licence
Reliable, punctual and well organised
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
Confident using computers and learning new systems
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
