This role sits at the intersection of onsite FM teams, the Charter Hall client, and our national Business Support function to keep reporting, onboarding and data management running smoothly. You will be the hub for documentation, portfolio data and office logistics, coordinating across locations and ensuring timely financial administration and smooth onboarding for recent starters.
