About the Role:
This position is a pivotal one providing support to a team of Accountants. You will be the one who keeps everything running smoothly in the team! You will be undertaking a full function CSA role which includes:
Liaising with the ATO
Liaising with ASIC & undertaking corporate compliance duties
Dealing directly with clients to assist with queries
Preparation of correspondence
Preparation of documents
Managing workflow & deadlines
Maintaining database
Invoicing
Assisting with lodgments
Calendar management
About You:
You will have experience in a similar role, ideally within an accounting firm. You will also bring:
Outstanding energy to a team
Professionalism & excellent communication skills
A proactive approach to your work
An ability to juggle competing tasks
A knowledge of Xero is ideal
