We're looking for a confident kitchen leader who takes pride in delivering exceptional food, maintaining high standards and creating a positive, productive working workplace.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior kitchen leadership role
Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a kitchen team
Experience in menu planning, development and maintaining consistent food quality
Excellent kitchen management, stock control and cost management skills
Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene and compliance requirements




Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a busy kitchen
A hands-on approach, positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
