Merimbula RSL Club is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Bar Staff to join our team on a casual basis . This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a vibrant hospitality environment where you'll deliver exceptional service to our valued members and guests. Based in Merimbula, NSW 2548 .

What we're looking for

Excellent communication and customer service skills with a positive, welcoming attitude

Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced hospitality setting

Knowledge of responsible service of alcohol practices and commitment to compliance

Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities

Basic numeracy skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems (training provided if necessary)

Flexibility to work wide-ranging shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

Prior bar or hospitality experience is advantageous but not essential—we're happy to train the right person

A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) qualification or willingness to obtain one
