We are looking for someone who has at least 1 years experience in a similar role, has robust communications skills and attention to detail.
***** hours per week, mainly evening shifts
Responsibilities include the following:-
Assisting with the operation of the kitchen.
Prepare and cook using recipes, ensuring quality, consistency, and proper cooking techniques.
Maintain clenliness and food safety standards in all work areas and equipment.
Maintaining stock at correct levels
Minimising wastage at both preparation and service stages
Liaising with Executive Chef/Sous Chef and other staff ie; kitchen-hands, waiting staff
Any other duties as directed by the Management
Adherence to the Club's Work, Health and Safety policies and procedures
Keep uniforms clean and tidy, ensuring that a clean uniform is worn on each shift
