Are you an organised people-person who loves providing exceptional customer service? We're looking for a receptionist to join our busy mixed animal veterinary practice three to four days a week.

We're a family-focused business with a supportive team culture. We need someone who can confidently work on their own when required while also fitting seamlessly into our close-knit team.

We are happy to train the right person for this position, some customer service experience would be beneficial

We are looking for someone who:
Has solid attention to detail
Can stay organised and productive in a busy setting
Is comfortable multitasking and handling a variety of duties
Works well independently and as part of a team
Enjoys building positive relationships with pets and clients

Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting clients and patients
Answering phones and managing appointments
General administrative and reception duties
Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
Supporting our veterinary team with daily operations
