The position:

We are seeking an Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to work full-time in our Mansfield Inventory team on a Monday to Friday roster.

The duties will include:
Process customer orders
Receipt stock accurately and on time
Follow up suppliers on deliveries, lead times, and delays
Coordinate domestic and international shipments including:
Booking freight and coordinating courier pickups
Preparing and processing documentation including international shipments
Tracking shipments and following up on any delivery issues
Communicating with transport providers to ensure timely deliveries
Responding to email enquiriesand answering phone calls
Providing backup support to the Inventory team

About You:
Min 2+ years experience in inventory,



logistics or warehouse coordination
Experience in manufacturing, mining or heavy industry preferred
Exceptional customer service focus
Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
Positive attitude and solid work ethic
High attention to detail with ability to juggle multiple priorities
Adaptable
Sound computer skills
