Our projects move quickly, and the work is varied. A fitout can go from empty floor to finished workplace in a matter of weeks, and the person running site is the one who makes that happen. The Chance:





An exciting chance has become available for a Site Manager with office and onsite experience who wants to build their Management and Leadership capabilities.

To be considered, you will possess the following experience:
Minimum 4 years experience working on projects within Australia's commercial construction, fitout and refurbishment industry.
Experience in complex, live working settings in the office, medical, industrial, health and food safety sectors preferred
Trade background or relevant degree will be highly advantageous
Experience in project planning, administration and programming
Positive attitude and approach to your work
Ability to perform autonomously or within a broader team

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate site teams, prioritising the Agero WHS management system throughout the construction process
Monitor and manage budgets, overseeing subcontractors and ensuring their adherence to project timelines
Collaborate closely with Project Managers to support the day-to-day operations, including team management, subcontractor coordination, and client/architect communication.
Excellentcommunication and customer service skills
The preparation of accurate financial project reports
