Linde PLC in Australia is seeking an experienced heavy vehicle qualified to join our team as Driver Trainer/Supervisor. You will develop and support our drivers through practical training, coaching and competency assessment to strengthen secure driving across our transport operations.

You will supervise a small team of drivers, deliver in-cab training, conduct competency assessments for bulk tanker and cylinder operations, and support safety initiatives and driver inductions across key portals.
