The RoleOur Kiosk Attendants need to have the highest level of customer service skills.The primary responsibility of our Kiosk Attendants is to deliver first class services to our patrons ensuring it's in line with our Mission, Vision and Values.Essential: Food Hygiene Certificate is requiredKey areas of responsibility include:Provide excellent customer service to all customersMaintaining the appearance and presentation of the caféReplenished condiments as neededFollow health and safety guidelinesCashier experience, taking orders and handling cashApply sound cash handling principals and use of Point of Sale (POS) systemsPromotethe centres services and programs to ourpatronsDevelop and maintain good working relations with patronsProvide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food optionsAbility to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
Hours may increase during the centre's peak periodsPrevious Barista Experience is highly desirableSkills & Attributes:Positive, friendly,
