you'll be responsible for delivering preventative and reactive maintenance services across the hospital facility.
Your responsibilities will include:Carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenanceDiagnosing faults and completing repairs safely and efficientlyCompleting inspections, testing, and compliance activitiesManaging work orders and maintenance documentationSupporting minor works and improvement projectsCoordinating contractors and ensuring service delivery standards are metResponding to after-hours callouts and participating in the on-call rosterMaintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance, and customer serviceUndertaking general maintenance activities and minor repairs across multiple building systems as requiredFollowing the hospital's Water Risk Management Plan, including flushing, temperature monitoring, sampling activities, and maintaining accurate recordsAssisting with the identification and mitigation of water quality risks, including Legionella, stagnant water, and low-use pipeworkAbout YouWe're looking for a proactive and reliable tradesperson who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
