Senior Section Waiter

Stelo is hiring experienced Senior Section Waiters to join our front of house team.

We are a busy restaurant and bar in the heart of Launceston, known for warm service, handmade pasta, Tasmanian produce, regional Italian food, and a strong wine and cocktail program.

We are currently open Tuesday to Saturday , with most shifts in the evening, approximately 5pm to 10pm .

This role begins as casual , with permanent part time or full time opportunities available for the right person.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who can confidently run a section, communicate well with guests, stay organised under pressure, and bring genuine care to the floor.

You will need:
Previous restaurant experience




Confidence managing your own section
Robust communication skills
Good food and wine knowledge, or a strong desire to learn
Reliability, warmth and good presentation
Availability across evenings and weekends
