We have a need for a temporary Receptionist to work for a qualified services client in the heart of Sydney's CBD.
On behalf of our client,we are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to come on board in a temporary capacity. You will be the first point of contact for this business. This temporary need is from Monday 2nd November - Friday 6th November.
Duties include:
Answer telephone calls and take messages/direct to correct employee
Meet and greet visitors
Book meeting rooms and maintain presentation
Organise catering and assist with internal events
Order office stationary and groceries
To be successful for this role you will require corporate experience, be corporately presented andhave a solid customer service attitude.
