You will respond to inquiries, provide local information, and help guests have a memorable stay. You’ll also assist with upselling hotel services and overseeing guest communications.

The role requires robust communication, experience in guest services, and proficiency with hotel PMS. Versatile schedule including nights and weekends are expected.
