Sydney Showground in Current South Wales is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead our high-volume kitchen during events and daily operations. This permanent, full-time role reports to the Executive Chef and focuses on delivering exceptional culinary experiences for conferences, galas, exhibitions, and the Sydney Royal Easter Show.

You will drive menu development, supervise a team, control stock and costs, and uphold strict food safety standards in a quick-paced venue setting.
