Spreyton Cider Co is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen, crafting a seasonal menu using Tasmanian produce.
The role is permanent, full time, with day-time hours and occasional evening services, functions and events.
You will manage a small kitchen team, cost recipes, maintain food safety, and work closely with management and front of house to deliver quality meals and a memorable guest experience.
