Position Summary

As a Personal Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting elderly residents with their day-to-day needs while promoting dignity, safety, and wellbeing in a professional care workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
Monitor and report changes in residents' health to the nursing team.
Participate in the implementation and review of resident care plans.
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable setting for all residents.
Uphold resident confidentiality, dignity, and privacy at all times.
Work effectively within a team-based facility environment.

Essential Requirements
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent is mandatory.




Prior experience in residential aged care settings is mandatory.
Full Australian working rights.
Current Queensland "C" Class Driver's Licence.
National Police Check.
Flu Vaccinated
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
Yellow Card
