Qualifications & experience
Extensive Support at Home Package knowledge
Ability to effectively manage budgets, waitlists
Ensure consumer care and case coordination is performed in accordance with the best practice standards & legislation
Demonstrated Aged Care experience would be an advantage
Excellent time management with established case load
National Police Check
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Tasks & responsibilities
