As ourLead Educator / Educational Leader,you'll guide the Junior Kindy program, mentor fellow educators, and help deliver engaging learning experiences that support children's development and school readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and deliver a high-quality, inclusive educational program in the Junior Kindy room
Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe and nurturing environment
Utilise dedicated non-contact time to plan, document, and reflect on the educational program
Engage with mentoring support from the Practice Excellence team as part of your ongoing professional development
Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
Participate actively in ongoing professional and personal development
Job Requirements:
Hold aDiploma in Early Childhood Education and Careor an ACECQA approved equivalent — essential for this role
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
Mandatory Child Protection (Geccko) Course 1 & 2 — Course 3 & 4 optional but highly regarded




A valid Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard
Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
Previous experience in a lead educator or room leader role is highly regarded
