Lead ERP consulting, business process improvement, and Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements
Lead Business Central implementations and upgrades
Configure Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, Sales and Operations modules
Conduct workshops, UAT, and user training
Collaborate with technical teams and advise on best practices
Required Experience
4+ years of Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV functional consulting experience
Robust understanding of Finance and Supply Chain processes
Experience in requirements gathering and solution design
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred
Microsoft Dynamics certifications
Experience with Power Platform, Copilot, or AI-enabled business solutions
