In this casual position you will be a key team member, working closely with the Doncaster East team to help drive Group Fitness.What does the role involve?
Manage and develop the Group Fitness timetableRecruit, mentor,



and support group fitness instructorsLead by example by teaching classes with energy and professionalismDrive class participation and engagement across the clubEnsure the highest standard of class delivery and member experience4 - 6 hours a week (+Classes)What We're Looking For:First Aid / CPR certificationPrevious experience in group fitness instructingStrong leadership, organisational and communication skillPassion for fitness and helping members achieve resultsAvailability to teach multiple classes per weekWhat We Offer:A leadership role in a supportive, fun, and high-energy team environmentFree gym membership at Advance FitnessThe chance to make a real impact on members' health and wellbeingTraining is provided, but a positive and engaging personality is a must!
