About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic person who is passionate about customer service.
In addition to this, you will also have:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role.
Great communication skills with an ability to build genuine rapport with customers.
Duties
Reporting to theFinancial Service CentreManager, you'll be responsible for:
Providing an end to end experience for all customers.




Developing a deep understanding of our customers'circumstances and financial life stages, in a friendly and skilled way.
Promoting products and services whilst assisting customers with their banking and insurance needs.
Working together with your team to deliver an exceptional standard of service.
