This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy hospitality, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.The Role:Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platformsAccurately process bookings, cancellations, and modifications in the reservation systemProvide guests with information about room types, rates, packages, and hotel amenitiesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, seasonal offers, and hotel policiesEnsure all guest details are recorded correctly and confidentiallyCollaborate with front desk and other departments to ensure guest satisfactionIdeally,
