You will work with the Head Chef to keep the kitchen running smoothly, curate menus, and deliver great food for our customers in a rapid-paced, hands-on environment.
With a minimum of two years in a leadership role in a café or restaurant, you bring strong communication, reliability and organisational skills.
You will lead a small brigade under pressure, maintain quality, and ensure efficient service
