We are currently looking for an organized, warm, and proactivePart-Time Permanent Receptionistto join our close-knit front desk team.

This role will involve managing the front reception desk, liaising with patients, supporting physiotherapy staff, and general administration duties.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Scheduling appointments
Answering telephone calls and enquiries
Invoicing and processing payments including HICAPS
Administration support
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
Available to work between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday
Professional and personable telephone manner
Excellent attention to detail
Able to prioritise tasks
High standard of presentation
Accounting experience welcome but not essential
