They are looking for a Development Finance Manager with a passion for business improvement and a strategic mindset to join their expanding team.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Development cost management and reporting including setting up budgets, forecast cash flows, tracking actual costs, reconciliation and variance analysis.
Maintain property development cashflow models;
Update IRR/NPV models;
Notifying the CFO of any problems or risks;
Build close relationships with all Development managers to ensure that you are providing the best financial advice
Prepare finance section of the related report for each development;




Development management fee claims preparation in accordance with the schedule;
Completion of control testing every quarter in order to meet internal audit standards.
Assist junior staff members with any concerns or queries they may have, and make sure they are always learning and being challenged.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
CA/CPA qualification with a relevant tertiary qualification
5+ years’ experience in the accounting, ideally within the property sector.
Highly developed analytical skills with advanced excel skills viewed favourably.
Previous relevant experience in a Development Accounting environment, and ideally knowledge of MRI/Cougar, EstateMaster, YARDI or Argus.
