We are seeking an experiencedArea Managerto lead a portfolio of early childhood education and care services acrossSydney North Shore/Northern Beaches & Central Coast.
Working closely with ourExecutive Leadership Team, you will support and developCentre Directors, strengthenoperational performance, and ensure every service deliversexceptional outcomesfor children, families and educators.
You will have the autonomy to lead your portfolio while being supported byexperienced senior leaderswho are invested in your success.

Building strong relationships withchildren, families and local communities

Supportingworkforce planning, recruitment and succession planning
Monitoringbudgets, financial performance and operational outcomes
Ensuringchild safety, incident management and compliancerequirements are consistently met




Working closely with theApproved ProviderandExecutive Leadership Teamto deliver strategic business objectives
Identifying opportunities to improveservice quality, operational performance and team capability
About You
Previous experience as anArea Manageror in amulti-site leadership rolewithin Early Childhood Education and Care
ACECQA-approved DiplomaorEarly Childhood Teaching qualification
Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring and developingCentre Directorsand leadership teams
Strong knowledge of theEYLF, National Quality Framework, National Regulations and compliance requirements
Experience supporting services throughAssessment and Rating
Financial management experience, includingbudgetingand overseeingservice performance
Strongleadership, coaching and stakeholder managementskills
Excellentcommunication, organisational and problem-solvingabilities
CurrentWorking with Children Check
CurrentFirst Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
