Building and maintain strong relationships within the team, with our customers and family members

Part Time Afternoon shiftWednesday through to Sunday 2.45PM to 9.00PM
We also have Fixed term employment contractSunday to Thursday 7.00 AM to 3.00 PM starting 15th of December through to 15th of April ****
About You

A truly customer-centric approach with the passion to deliver real 'care' to residents
Able to read and write English
Relevant qualifications eg: Certificate III in Individual Support or Cert 4 in disability support.
Fully vaccinated for COVID 19, including Influenza ****
Prerequisite that you have full work rights for this role as its 4 days per week.
