The role begins as casual with permanent part-time or full-time opportunities for the right person.
Most shifts are evenings, roughly 5pm–10pm, Tuesday to Saturday, in a busy restaurant and bar known for handmade pasta, Tasmanian produce and robust wine and cocktail programs.
