Redstone Recruitment is seeking an experienced Clinical Leader to join an established residential aged care community on the NSW South Coast.
You will provide visible clinical leadership, mentor the care team and oversee the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will lead clinical governance and continuous improvement while supporting staff development within a secure service with strong head office support.
