You will ensure quality service delivery, meet KPIs, and maintain robust relationships with local stakeholders across Bega and Cooma.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will oversee staff development, compliance with the Enterprise Agreement and relevant awards, manage budgets, and contribute to continuous improvement in client outcomes for people experiencing
