Key responsibilities
Willing to learn how to make consistently high-quality coffee and other beverages
Delivering friendly, efficient and exceptional customer service
Taking customer orders and processing transactions through our POS system
Assisting with the preparation and service of bakery products and takeaway food
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food quality
Keeping our bakery displays attractive, well-stocked and inviting
Working efficiently during busy coffee and breakfast periods
Following food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures
Supporting fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Helping create a positive,



energetic and enjoyable workplace
About you
Vibrant, positive and approachable with a friendly personality
Naturally customer-focused and enjoys interacting with people
Able to work efficiently and remain calm during busy periods
A reliable team player with a strong work ethic
Proactive — you notice what needs doing and get it done
Proud of maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and presentation
Experience in hospitality, retail, food service or a similar customer-facing environment
Willing to learn new skills and contribute to the success of the bakery
Holder of a Food Handling Certificate, or willing to obtain one
