South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking a passionate Project Lead to progress the Healing Together Our Way initiative, improving cancer outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across South West Victoria.
Based at Warrnambool Campus, you will coordinate governance, strengthen partnerships with ACCHOs and cancer services, and drive a culturally safe model of care across the region.
A flexible, part time fixed-term role until July **** with pro rata salary plus super.
